Overview
The TC6520 is a high-performance offline primary feedback control IC designed for low-power chargers and adapters, eliminating the need for optocouplers and 431s.
In CC control, the current and output power can be adjusted by the resistance of the CS pin of the chip. In CV control, the PFM control method is used to obtain the high performance and efficiency. In addition, better load regulation can be achieved through IC built-in compensation. The power consumption of the IC itself is very small (only 300uA flows through the current), the system power consumption can be lower than 30mw, so it can pass strict standards.
TC6520 itself has comprehensive protection functions, such as current limiting, VDD overvoltage protection, open circuit protection, short circuit protection, built-in leading edge blanking, and undervoltage lockout Fixed function.
TC6520 is available in SOT23-6 package.
