Overview
The LC6514B is a microcontroller with FLT drivers. It is identical with the LC6510C in the internal architecture and instruction set. Since the normal/low-threshold level of input port A can be selected by option and the on-chip pulldown resistor can be bitwise connected to the FLT driver by option, the number of external parts used in the user equipment can be minimized, reducing the cost considerably.
