General Description
APW7324 is a synchronous buck converters with inte grated 85mW high side and 75mW low side power MOSFETs. The APW7324 with a current-mode control scheme can convert wide input voltage of 2.9V to 6V to the output voltage adjustable from 0.8V to 6V to provide excellent output voltage regulation.
