1. INDUCTANCE, Q
• Test equipment

•Test fixture: 16192A(Agilent): LL1005-FHL, LL1608-FSL,

• Test method
• Set measuring frequency read inductance and Q value.
2. RDC (DC Resistance)
• Test equipment
• 4338A/B(Agilent) or equivalent
• Test method
(1) Place the sample in the test terminals.
(2) Do not place in or pull out the sample while pushing SW.

(2) SWを押した状態でチップを出し入れしてはならない。

• Measure the frequency at which the phase of inductive
reactance and capacitive reactance is 0.

取る。
