U65 Modem Power Down: U65 permits the XE2420G to go to power down mode to reduce power consumption for battery

powered applicaitons. The modem can only be awakened by applying an active Reset signal to pin 3.

AT:U65,20E0 - Select Powerdown Mode

U70 Modem interrupt Register: U70 allows the user to select the events that will cause the handware interrupt line, Pin

13, to be activated. It also stores the Interrupt status. The interrupts are cleared after this regsiter is read.
