Power-down Control Terminal

H : POWERDOWN MODE

L : OPERATING MODE

circuit, Pin-PD current and transmitting

LED operation.

Receiving Data Output Terminal

When PWDOWN (5pin) = H, the RXD

output will be pulled up to

VIO at approximately 300kΩ.
